Preheat the oven to 190°C (Fan oven).
Slice the bread into small chunks and soak them in milk until soft.
In a large bowl mix turkey mince with all the remaining ingredients add some grated parmesan cheese. Form 8-9 meatballs and place on a baking tray with parchment paper. Brush with some oil.
Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
In the meantime cook some green vegetables in boiling water (or a steamer) and heat up some chopped tomatoes.
Once cooked, place the meatballs into the tomato sauce and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve the meatballs with sauce on top of the green vegetables with some grated parmesan- Enjoy!
