1 salmon fillet 1 avocado 1 lemon pepper, salt, olive oil
Peel the avocado and remove the stone. Cut the avocado into small chunks and mash with a fork. Add the juice of one lemon and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Heat some olive oil in a pan and cook the salmon from all sides. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the guacamole.
You could also try to marinate the salmon with some lemon juice and honey before cooking it.
