Greek Lamb Burgers

for two portions:
60g couscous
150ml chicken stock
250g lamb mince
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
80g feta cheese (crumbled)
1 tablespoon of honey
pepper, salt
cherry tomatoes
tortilla bread

Pour the hot chicken stock over the couscous and leave until it is soaked up completely. Mix with lamb mince, lemon zest, honey, pepper and salt. Add the feta cheese and mix. Form burger patties and cook in a pan with hot olive oil. Serve in a tortilla bread with tzaziki, tomatoes and cucumber and some green vegetables. Instead of tzaziki, try hummous!
