Beef Wraps

This recipe is ideal for a quick lunch. To try something different, substitute the beef with chicken, ham or other vegetables. Enjoy!

2 tortilla breads 
1 beef escalope
1 big tomato
1/2 red pepper
1 onion
4 tablespoons low fat soured cream
4 tablespoons grated cheese
some butter, olive oil, pepper, salt
 
Possible: tomato purée, guacomole, chicken, ham, cucumber, carrot
 

Cut the beef into stripes and cook in a hot pan with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the onion into rings and sauté with butter in a pan.

Cut the tomato and pepper into small pieces.

Warm up the tortilla breads as it is instructed on the packet (usually 50 sec. in the microwave).

Place all ingredients in the middle of the bread and leave some space at one end.

Fold at this end and then both sides.
