Mastering the Art of French Cooking

I am very excited, this is what the postman brought me today:

 “Mastering the Art of French Cooking” written by Julia Child, Simone Beck and Louisette Bertholle.

A beautiful French cookbook written for the “servantless American cook” in the 60’s and 70’s and full of pretty illustrations. If any of you have seen the film “Julie&Julia”, this book is what it is all about 😉

I can’t wait to try out some of the recipes, I will let you know how it went!
