Hot Mediterranean Chicken with Green Beans

1 handful of trimmed green beans
4 chicken mini fillets
3 slices of halloumi cheese
1 clove of garlic
1/2 small red chili
1/2 onion
250ml tomato sauce/passata
75 ml red wine
some green olives 

Bring water to a boil and cook the green beans until soft. In a pan, heat some oil and cook chicken and halloumi cheese (diced). Add garlic, chili and onion when the chicken is cooked. Pour in tomato sauce and red wine and let is simmer until it is a thick sauce. Serve with green beans and olives.
