200g dark chocolate
350g brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
250g frozen raspberries
Preheat the oven for 180°C. Cut the chocolate into chunks and melt with butter in a saucepan with little heat. Mix with brown sugar and eggs to make a smooth dough. Sieve the flour, baking powder and cacao and add to the dough while stirring.
Place baking paper in a baking pan (22x22cm) and fill it with the dough. Place raspberries on top and bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve with ice cream!
