Pasta with Lemon Chicken

For two portions:
200g Spaghetti or Linguine
2 tablespoons of capers
1 clove of garlic
1 small red chilli
1 small onion
2 chicken breasts
1/2 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
olive oil
 

Cook pasta as instructed on the packet.
Heat some olive oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic and chilli.
Cut the chicken horizontally into two thin fillets. Add to the pan and cook with lemon zest until its done.
Take the chicken out of the pan and cut into 2cm pieces.
Add pasta, chicken pieces, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
