Preheat the oven for 220°C and place a baking tray in there for 10 minutes to warm up. Place baking paper on the preheated tray and cut the potatoes into slices. Put them on the tray, sprinkle some oil over the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
Sprinkle some lemon zest over the fish fillet, season with salt and pepper and cook in the oven until the fish is done (approximately 10 minutes).
